Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
UPS shipping services.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday, Central Standard Time, are processed and dispatched the same day. All orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Return Policy
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your Wright Morgan products.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number, which can be obtained by emailing sales@wrightmorgan.com. Packages that are returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Due to the nature of Wright Morgan products, it is imperative that you first review your return request with the team at sale@wrightmorgan.com. Items returned in unopened packaging will be processed and refunded as defined above.
Items that have been installed or have had water run through them are subject to a 15% restocking fee, due to the time it takes to verify the product is still in running condition once it has arrived in our facility. Shipping is not refundable in either direction.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Warranty Policy
Wright Morgan pumps are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for ONE (1) YEAR from date of purchase.
Failure to provide correct installation, operation, or maintenance for the product, in accordance with “Installation Manual” instructions, will void the warranty.
Product liability, except where mandated by law, is limited to repair or replacement, at Wright Morgan’s sole discretion.
No specific claim of merchantability shall be assumed or implied beyond what is printed on the Wright Morgan’s printed literature.
No liability shall exist from circumstances arising from the inability to use the product, or its inappropriateness for any specific purpose. It is the user’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for any particular use.
In all cases, it shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure a safe installation in compliance with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), whether that be local, state, or national electrical code.
Warranty does not cover damage due to sand or abrasive silt in the water, mishandling or other abusive conditions, failure to protect from weather exposure, failure to protect from overheating due to sun exposure, lightning, flood or other acts of nature.
Motor brushes, shaft seals, diaphragms, and oil are considered to be normally wearing or consumed parts, and are not covered under warranty.
WARRANTY CLAIMS must be provided to Wright Morgan directly at sales@wrightmorgan.com and returns will be handled as outlined in the ‘Returns’ policy.
Invoice and serial number are required to prove date of purchase.
Wright Morgan is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or the labor or other charges necessitated by the removal, transportation, or re-installation of any defective product.
